### Describe the bug
Keyboard opens when I tap anywhere on the screen.

### Expected behavior
Keyboard should only open when a text control, such as a text input or text area, is tapped or focused.

This issue occurs frequently and it’s so distracting and it ruins the beauty of this beautiful app.

No file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce the issue on the stated Blink and iOS versions, then trace what receives focus when tapping outside a text control. Done means the keyboard opens only when a text input or text area is tapped or focused.
