Description
In Blink’s `config` settings I have set Blink’s cursor to not blink. And yet, it blinks.
### Replicate
Open a new Blink session with a double finger tap. Observe the cursor not blinking (good). Switch to another app for a while. Switch back to Blink. Observe the cursor blinking (bad).
