iPhone + second screen weirdness

### Describe the bug

What I'm doing that's breaking things:

Have a terminal open on your phone
Connect a screen
Cmd+O back from the screen onto the phone
Cmd+Shift+O to move that to the screen
Every time I've tried this, it's then left the phone blank and a new terminal on the second screen until right now when it then happened the other way around - leaving the phone with a terminal, and the external display blank.
Once a screen has gone black, Cmd+O into it and keyboard focus is gone
... as far as I can tell.

Start by reproducing the Cmd+O and Cmd+Shift+O sequence from an iPhone terminal with an external screen using Blink v18.4.2.1052 on iOS 26.3. Done means neither display becomes blank, and terminal and keyboard focus remain usable after switching between screens.
