### Describe the bug
I'm following "Opening Remote Projects" docs. I have:
* A configured host that logs in via SSH using a private key without any problem.
* blink-fs installed
I attempt to:
```
:
```
and I get the following in the blinkCode.log:
```
Channel request subsystem failed
```
I connect to my remote folder.
PS: I have only gotten GitHub Tunnels to work so far for connecting to my server via `code`

Research direction
Start with the “Opening Remote Projects” documentation and reproduce the failure using the configured SSH host, blink-fs, and the blinkCode.log message. Trace the channel request subsystem involved in opening :; done means the remote folder opens successfully instead of logging “Channel request subsystem failed.”
