Documentation appears to be incorrect on text selection

### Describe the bug

On the [documentation page](https://github.com/blinksh/blink/blob/594429cef08e73236c5294d66c6dd3b435ad2783/docs/basics/navigation.md?plain=1#L30) it says to "Tap and drag to start selection mode". This does not work however, as it apparently is supposed to be a double tap. Is this a documentation error (assuming it is) or is something else going on?

Open docs/basics/navigation.md at the linked text-selection instructions and verify the documented gesture against Blink v14.0.3.370 on iOS 15.2. Done means the documentation accurately describes how selection mode is started, with the wording clarified if the reported behavior is confirmed.
