Pressing a key sometimes spams it

ios:14.4.2
Blink: latest

In ios settings: key repeat is on, interval .1, delay .4

### Describe the bug
I tap a key once such as ‘a’, and sometimes I get back ‘aaaaaaa’
This seems to be random.

I only see this in blink, but I dont have any other app to test this on because most dont even do key repeat.

### Expected behavior
‘a’ when ‘a’ is tapped, always
