High contrast theme on XFCE

Hi!

I'd come across your review for [Debian 9 XFCE](https://blindcomputing.org/linux/debian-9-stretch-xfce/) and the high contrast mode you had on your system inspired me to switch to XFCE, after having tried Cinnamon. But I... can't figure out how you made it work. The default high contrast theme is a really painful black on white text. I don't know what I'm missing, running Debian 12 and XFCE 4.20, so maybe that makes a difference. Apologies if you'd explained it in the video, I'm also HoH and couldn't hear most of it.
