Add helper text to UI

I will write up the intro text, instructions and tool tips for us to sprinkle around the webpage. The main documentation I can incorporate into the compendium docs (https://github.com/blekhmanlab/compendium_docs/tree/1.2.0)

Define the required text and locations before editing; done means the helper text is incorporated across the webpage and the main documentation is added to the compendium docs.
