Description
In some cases, reverse reads are messed up (or missing) but we don't have a way to explicitly restart a failed project as single-end—it only does that if the pipeline completes. We should add something like a flag to the `again` command to enable this, similarly to https://github.com/blekhmanlab/compendium-manager/issues/12
