Tasks added twice when it's a new project

When adding a new task from task warrior into a project that did not previously exist in the Reminders app, the task appears twice on both task warrior and Reminder.

Start by reproducing the Taskwarrior-to-Reminders flow described here: add a task to a project that does not yet exist in Reminders. Trace the synchronization path for new projects and verify that the task appears exactly once in both Taskwarrior and Reminders when the fix is complete.
