I want to be able to prevent cameras from showing up in birdseye view unless specific objects (person, car, etc) are detected.

Allow object filters for birdseye view

**Additional context**
When it gets windy and there is lots of movement in the frames, frigate is falsing camera displays on the birdseye window.
