Description
### Is your feature request related to a problem?
In FF88 its very easy to see if there are tabs hidden since the shadow makes it very obvious, but in the new redesign its so thin it might as well not even be there, which makes it hard to check at a glance
### The solution I'd like
An option to bring back the better shadow would be great
### Screenshots or video

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Start by locating the existing overflowed-tab shadow styling in the Firefox-UI-Fix codebase and compare it with the screenshots of Firefox 88 and the current version. Done means providing an option that makes the hidden-tab shadow visibly stronger.
