The “Create New Login” button in about:logins is now a rectangle

### Describe the bug

The “Create New Login” button is now a rectangle. In earlier versions of Firefox, the button was square.

I don't think to remove the rectangle appearance, but I would like an `about:config` option to toggle it between square and rectangle.

Maybe this issue sounds pointless, but some people dislike rectangular shapes for buttons, that would fit to square (including me).

### Expected behavior

Create New Login button should be in shape that suits the user.

Start at the about:logins UI and inspect the userChrome.rounding.square_button preference shown in the issue's user.js setup, then locate the styles controlling the “Create New Login” button. Done means the button can be switched between square and rectangular appearances through an about:config option without changing the default appearance.
