Description
### Is your feature request related to a problem?
That would be the best solution for Arabic people which are using Latin (Maybe you are asking “What? Arabs are using Latin?”, but I think, that some Arabs are using Latin. In example Arabs that are living outside of the Middle East, or North Africa, for example in Europe or America).
### The solution I'd like
Add several about:config options to switch from standard (left to right) to “right to left” UI. First option “Right to left menus”, Second option “Right to left Header (Bookmarks toolbar, menu bar, address bar)” and third option “Right to left about pages”. (I am not Arab, but I think that some people will use this.)

### Alternatives I've considered
_No response_
### Additional context
-If the several options won't work, then add a single option for entire UI
-Why I didn't file a bug in Bugzilla instead? Because they would likely go to reject it.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing Firefox-UI-Fix styles and how its UI customizations are organized; the issue does not name specific files or tests. Determine whether separate about:config options for menus, headers, and about pages are feasible, and consider the work done only when the requested RTL UI areas can be switched as described.
