Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem?**
No
**The solution I'd like**
The Firefox normal/standard is that regardless if there is sound playing on a page or not it will show the muted icon.
**Screenshots or video**
See the most left tab

I would like that the muted icon is not shown/visible if there is no sound/video playing in that browser tab.
So, only when you muted the tab and there is a video playing the muted icon must be shown. Otherwise not.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the tab audio and muted-icon states in Firefox, then locate the repository's SCSS rules for tab indicators. Compare an unmuted tab with no playback, an actively playing tab, and a muted tab with playback. Done means the muted icon appears only for a muted tab that is playing audio or video.
