Automatically hide Toolbar does not change the page size anymore

### Describe the bug

Before floorp's update when Automatically hide Toolbar was enabled, the page size was correctly changed with animation of auto-hiding toolbar. But now page size is constant and now the background before toolbar is visible.

### Expected behavior

Page height changed with the animation of auto-hide toolbar.

Reproduce the issue on Linux with Automatically hide Toolbar enabled, using the default Floorp setup described in the report. Inspect the toolbar auto-hide styling and compare the page height before and during the animation; done means the page height changes with the toolbar and no background is exposed.
