Favo's menu is different in new Firefox 151.0.0

### Describe the bug

After upgrade to Firefox 151.0 (NL) there is a mixture of colours in the favo menu.
I use "Horizontal wood" theme, and now the favo pull down menu from the top is black text on a grey background, and the favo menu on the left hand side is white background and black text?.
In previous version of Firefox they where white background and black text.

It is almost similar as issue #1144
This time it is the favo pull down menu that is wrong, the lefthand favo menu is good!.

Text and background as in previuos version(s)
Black text on white background

I still have version ui-fix 8.73 installed,

Start by reproducing the issue in Firefox 151 on Windows 11 with the photon's style distribution, the Horizontal wood theme, and the reported theme setup. Compare the top favours dropdown with the left-hand favours menu; done means both use black text on a white background as in previous versions.
