no icons if using history or bookmarks from menubar but not for bookmarks from bookmarks toolbar

### Describe the bug

 As you can see from the you cannot see the icons for either history drop down or bookmarks drop down from the top but if you get a drop down menu from the bookmarks toolbar you can see all the icons normally as before.
