Description

### Is your feature request related to a problem?

From what I remember "ESR" releases were UI fixes for v117 and below versions of FF.

But it was like year or so ago, so now I'm not sure: Are those ESR releases still UIFix-ESR releases with new fixes for FFv117 and below or UIFix releases for FirefoxESR builds? There is no description of this anywhere, not on release page, not on wiki and not on readme.
Can we have explicit description of ESR releases somewhere?

Research direction

Check the release page, wiki, and README mentioned in the issue to find the most appropriate place for an ESR explanation. Confirm what “ESR” releases currently mean and document that distinction clearly; the issue is done when users can find an explicit definition without relying on release history.
