Description
The first thing that should be done is to make one lane workable.
This means connecting that 12V solenoid to a 12V power supply, then hooking it up to a transistor to allow or deny voltage flow to the solenoid and its accompanying LED.
In fact, check if a solenoid is even connected to the circuit, and an LED should light up saying it's connected.
