More time for long cards

First of all thanks for building this James. This really helps me make sure I dont get lost in thought or stuck with a weird/bad card. Yet, I noticed it doesn't work well for long cards.

I have it currently set to 11 seconds for auto-showing and 13 to auto-answer. Two ideas:

1. If the card has more than 2 children, you add +20% seconds. So this would be 14.3 and 16.9 for cards that have more than 2 children. However, in this case, long multi-line cards with 7+ children still feel a bit too fast.
2. For each multi-line (or cloze) card item, we add 10% to a 5-second base, which would be 6.5 seconds for 3 items and 8.5 seconds for 7 items.
