[BUG] Review bar only visible once you scroll up

During review, after you leave a rem and want to continue to the next one (I'm always in my uploaded files view for that) the top bar for controlling your incremental everything review quickly flickers into view and then disappears again, so you have to scroll all the way to the top which can be quite a challenge if you had hundreds of documents like some do.
