fetchReceipt(forceRefresh: true) response after 5 minutes

### Issues

1. When I use SwiftyStoreKit.fetchReceipt(forceRefresh: true) to fetch the receipt, it is response after more than 5 minutes;
2. When I use Bundle.main.appStoreReceiptURL to fetch the receipt, it is working fine, I can get the response immediately;
