Admin Panel “Web Vault: Unable to fetch installed version”

### Steps To Reproduce

Log in to Admin Panel, check Web Vault version.

### Expected Result

I expect to see my web vault version: 2026.2.0

### Actual Result

Instead I see the message: "Unable to fetch installed version”
