Tool for archiving items?

I've accumulated a lot of logins over the years, and I'm using an agent to check whether sites still exist. I don't want it to delete the item, in case it makes a mistake, but I'd like it to be able to archive items. At the moment the agent adds a note to the item saying why it should be archived, and I can search for "archived" to be able to find all of the items it's flagged, but I then have to manually archive them.

Start by locating the existing item-management tools and the Bitwarden operation used to archive items, then compare them with the agent's current note-and-search workflow. Done means an agent can archive flagged items without deleting them, while preserving the existing reason note and making the archived items findable.
