App extension not filling password and disappears

**Not using beta, app is released now**

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to a website in safari
2. Open share menu and tap „Autofill with Bitwarden“ (missing translation?)
3. Choose item

### Expected Result

Username and password get filled.

### Actual Result

Only the username gets filled. Sometimes it’s possible to open app extension again and than the password gets filled, too. (See first video)
But sometimes the app extension disappears completely from the share menu. (See second video)

It doesn’t matter on which website I try this. This behavior is the same on all tested websites.

Start by reproducing the Safari share-menu flow using “Autofill with Bitwarden” on the listed iPhone and iOS versions, observing both the partial fill and the extension disappearing. Done means the selected item fills both username and password consistently and the app extension remains available in the share menu.
