Internet connected required when the device is connected to internet

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Open bitwarden app
2. Input self hosted configurations
3. Input username

### Expected Result

Input password and log in successfully

### Actual Result

Pop out window saying “internet connection required”. The web UI works fine so it’s not Internet issue.

No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the self-hosted login flow in the iOS app on build 2024.8.1 and compare it with the working web UI. Done means a self-hosted account can enter its password and log in without the “internet connection required” message.
