Description
### Steps To Reproduce
1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Tap on 'Session timeout'
3. Choose 'App restart'
### Expected Result
I have enabled Face ID authentication for the app and configured it to require a scan upon every restart.
### Actual Result
I’ve noticed that the app consistently bypasses Face ID upon opening. To fix this, I adjusted the settings to require Face ID after five minutes rather than immediately on restart. However, after restarting the app, I encountered a gray screen with a "Use Face ID to Unlock" button that is completely unresponsive.
Currently, I am locked out of the app unless I go to iPhone Settings > Apps > Authenticator and toggle Face ID off. If I re-enable the feature, the same frozen screen reappears, preventing me from entering the app.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on an iPhone 17 running iOS 26.5 with Face ID required on app restart, using build 2026.4.1. Start by tracing the Face ID unlock screen and its “Use Face ID to Unlock” button, then verify that the app no longer bypasses authentication or shows an unresponsive unlock state after restart.
