[PM-30400] Fields need a manual tap to enter credentials only in Chrome

### Steps To Reproduce

Following the issue reported https://github.com/bitwarden/ios/issues/2170, which was subsequently closed, when iOS chrome address bar is set to bottom auto fill breaks. When set to bottom, after auto fill you need to manually tap the fields again to get it to fill.

Setting the iOS chrome address bar back to top immediately fixes the problem.

Autofill is supposed to auto fill

### Actual Result

Autofill doesn’t fill until you manually tapping the fields again second time.

Start by reproducing the autofill failure on an iPhone with Chrome's address bar at the bottom, then trace the iOS autofill flow and its Chrome-specific behavior. Compare it with the prior issue #2170 and verify that credentials fill without a second tap while the address bar remains at the bottom.
