Info Button jumps repeatedly in Send section

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Send section

### Expected Result

The 'info' button remains static and does not move from its position.

### Actual Result

The 'info' button repeatedly moves downwards and immediately jumps back to its original location. Despite this constant visual movement, the button remains clickable when it is in its lowest position, and its functionality is not affected.
