Description
[macOS] Please refix the desktop PR 970: https://github.com/bitwarden/desktop/pull/970
### Steps To Reproduce
See [AaronSeibert](https://github.com/AaronSeibert)'s first reply in this thread.
### Expected Result
This app shalt never hinder 3rd-party input methods from being called whenever this app runs, except typing passwords.
### Actual Result
At least 2 users of vChewing (an inputmethod developed by me) complaints that vChewing greys out in the input method menu. Using `ioreg -l -w 0 | grep SecureInput` can see the prime cause.
It appears that the following PR needs to be checked again to see whether the fix is still effective.

Research direction
Review desktop PR 970 and AaronSeibert's first reply for the original reproduction details. Reproduce on macOS 14 with Safari 17 and Bitwarden AutoFill, then use `ioreg -l -w 0 | grep SecureInput` to verify the app does not leave SecureEventInput enabled except while typing passwords.
