Window opening

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to 'the Applications folder'
2. Double-click on 'the Bitwarden icon'

### Expected Result

The window opens, displaying the menu and dot below the app icon.

### Actual Result

The window opens, but the menu is not displayed and the dot below the app icon is not displayed. It looks like the app is not open.
