Description

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the desktop app
2. Click File
3. Click Import
4. Select a file to import
5. Select a Folder to import the passwords in to

### Expected Result

All passwords are placed into the folder during the import process.

### Actual Result

No passwords are placed into the folder.
