Description
### Steps To Reproduce
1. Go to 'settings'
2. Click on 'Bitwarden in background'
3. Click on 'Open automatically at startup'
4. Minimize Bitwarden in menubar
5. Log off macOS session and Log on
6. Bitwarden will be opened in foreground instead of background
### Expected Result
We expect Bitwarden should be open in background not in foreground at session login. It is clearly a regression since the two last releases...
### Actual Result
Bitwarden is open in foreground at session login.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the macOS session-login flow for the desktop app with “Bitwarden in background” and “Open automatically at startup” enabled. Trace the macOS startup/background behavior and compare it with the previous releases; it is done when login leaves Bitwarden in the background rather than foreground.
