Description

### Steps To Reproduce

1. go to any website for which you have multiple stored logins
2. change credentials (e.g. change the password on the site)
3. Bitwarden detects the change and will offer to change the saved entry
3a. Bitwarden presents a list of entries, which are however scaled wrongly, overlap, and are unreadable

### Expected Result

Bitwarden scales correctly, and will allow me to successfully interact with it

### Actual Result

I am unable to decipher the contents of the bitwarden window, and can't update stored logins

### Additional Context

* issue is OS-independent
* System A: Windows/FullHD, no scaling
* System B: Linux/Manjaro/i3 window manager/HiDPI display scaling
* This used to work fine until a few weeks ago. I can't recall any config changes in the last weeks (and certainly not on two boxes)

### Operating System

Linux, Windows

### Operating System Version

Windows 11 / Manjaro(i3)

### Web Browser

Firefox

### Browser Version

145.0

### Environment Versions

Version: 2025.11.2

SDK: 'main (8ef7951)'

Server version: 2025.11.1

### Issue Tracking Info

- [x] I understand that work is tracked outside of Github. A PR will be linked to this issue should one be opened to address it, but Bitwarden doesn't use fields like "assigned", "milestone", or "project" to track progress.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the update-existing-entry flow in Firefox with multiple stored logins, using the screenshot and the Windows 11 and Manjaro/i3 environments described. Trace the frontend entry-selection window and inspect its scaling and layout behavior; done means the entries are readable and the saved login can be updated on both reported systems.
