Description
### Steps To Reproduce
This is gonna be tricky for someone to reproduce as this is a local BMC webpage.
1. Open MegaRAC SP-X BMC H5Viewer
2. Click on the shell
3. "Fill Generated Password" appears in top left.
4. using arrow keys down will work once but after that the context jumps to the bitwarden extension.
5. must use down arrow key then click back on the viewer each time.
### Expected Result
- "Fill Generated Password" does not appear in top left.
- does not override controls from the viewer.
- has some way to blacklist the popup on certain pages
### Actual Result
"Fill Generated Password" appears in top left and context jumps to the bitwarden popup when using down arrow

Research direction
Start with the browser extension behavior around the “Fill Generated Password” prompt and the H5Viewer input identified as #kvm_textbox; review linked pull request #21664 for the work already underway. Done means the prompt no longer appears or captures arrow-key control in this viewer, while the requested behavior for blocking it on selected pages is addressed.
