Flatpak not launching when KDE Wallet is disabled

### Steps To Reproduce

- Disable KDE Wallet
- restart pc, if Wallet was enabled during this session
- run the Bitwarden Flatpak

### Expected Result

running Bitwarden

### Actual Result

launch-loop. I see the UI but it keeps resetting with the error

This resetting takes a lot of CPU as well, that's how I first noticed, because 90% of the time I use the browser-plugin. When enabling KDE Wallet, everything works as expected. The Flatpak worked without wallet until recently (unsure when it stopped working).

Reproduce the issue with the Bitwarden Flatpak on Fedora 42 KDE while KDE Wallet is disabled, and use the reported “getPassword failed” zbus error as the starting point. Trace the desktop credential-storage path responsible for the launch loop; done means the Flatpak launches normally without KDE Wallet and no repeated reset or excessive CPU usage occurs.
