When logging into Vault on Mac Desktop App, passkey login not working

### Steps To Reproduce

I just decided to "upgrade" my usage of my Bitwarden premium to use safari extension and Touch ID. I deleted and redownloaded the app via Mac store, and enabled "passkey" 2fas method by using the Mac Password App (to create Passkey via Touch ID).

When I log into the web vault, everything works fine as expected (master password, then use passkey stored in Mac via Touch ID). Log in successfully.

On desktop app, I cannot use Passkey/TouchID at all when logging into vault for the first time (for 2 factor authentication). I have to use my old method (use authenticator app) to log into vault.

After vault is logged into on desktop, when I lock it, I can use Touch ID just fine (after enabling it).

Main problem is that the Desktop App hangs on "Awaiting security key interaction..." and it never completes. See attached images. I then have to do the workaround (of choosing auth app to log into vault).

1. Go to vault, log in for first time
2. Put in master password
3. Desktop app never succeeds/completes request to get FIDO key.

### Expected Result

Expected result is that it should prompt user to put Touch ID to access passkey in Mac Passwords app.

### Actual Result

Desktop App hangs on "Awaiting security key interaction..." after putting master password and it never completes.

No source file or test is identified in the issue. Reproduce on macOS 15.6.1 with Mac App Store build 2025.9.0 (47196), using a master password followed by a Mac Passwords passkey and Touch ID, then verify desktop login completes instead of hanging at “Awaiting security key interaction...”.
