Persistent autofill dropdown message on Edge for Android: "Unlock your account to view autofill suggestions"

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Ensure Bitwarden is locked.
2. On Edge for Android with the Bitwarden Password Manager extension installed, go to any website where Bitwarden would suggest autofill (e.g. LinkedIn) and for which there is a login stored in Bitwarden.
3. Click on the login or password textbox.
4. A dropdown appears with the message "Unlock your account to view autofill suggestions" and a button labelled "Unlock account".
5. Click the "Unlock account" button.
6. REFER TO EXPECTED/ACTUAL RESULT 1
7. Click the button in the autofill bar above the keyboard that says "**Bitwarden** Vault is locked".
8. Bitwarden opens. Unlock it and return to Edge.

10. Click the button in the autofill bar above the keyboard that says "**Bitwarden** My vault".
11. Bitwarden opens. Select the autofill option offered for the website.
12. Edge reopens.
