Bitwarden Extension for Firefox not respecting Timeout Never to stay logged in.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Basically duplicates https://github.com/bitwarden/clients/issues/8873
2. Log into Bitwarden Extension for Firefox
3. Select Timeout Never in Settings
4. Wait a day
5. Have to log in again even though it should not have timed out

Has happened every day the past several days.

### Expected Result

This should not "timeout" therefore it should not log out.

### Actual Result

Keep having to do a full login every day.
