Latest version slow to load after authenticated

### Steps To Reproduce

Open bitwarden through extension on edge browser.

### Expected Result

Be able to open bitwarden extension in a reasoable time

### Actual Result

Takes 5-10 seconds to load bitwarden UI

I've confirmed this issue is with that version specifically and not with edge or external agents, I've installed bitwarden extension from 2024 and it solved my problem

No source files or tests are named. Reproduce the slow authenticated load in the Edge extension on Windows 11 with version 2025.6.0, then compare it with the 2024 extension that reportedly did not show the problem. Done means identifying the regression and verifying that the extension opens within a reasonable time.
