### Steps To Reproduce
1. Create a URI that can be called by the system (browser), e.g., bwrun://localhost?keine ahnung or callto://0123456789
2. A link is displayed on the website, but not in the Windows client.
### Expected Result
The Bitwarden Windows client doesn't display a link for a URI. A link is displayed and opened in the browser.
