Description

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Have the bitwarden browser extension installed and configured
2. Go to the bitwarden web vault (self hosted or not does not matter)
3. Click in most dialog boxes (eg: "username" "password" "authenticator key" "master password") and observe bitwarden autofill menu shows up

### Expected Result

bitwarden autofill menu is disabled when interacting with the web vault. having it appear is clunky and gets in the way of using the web vault.

### Actual Result

bitwarden autofill menu is not disabled when interacting with the web value

### Issue Tracking Info

- [x] I understand that work is tracked outside of Github. A PR will be linked to this issue should one be opened to address it, but Bitwarden doesn't use fields like "assigned", "milestone", or "project" to track progress.

Research direction

No file or test is named. Reproduce the issue in Firefox with the browser extension and Bitwarden web vault, then trace the autofill-menu handling for web-vault dialogs; done means the menu no longer appears in those fields while autofill remains available elsewhere.
