Interface is very slow (Mac, Safari)

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Install Bitwarden.
2. Create a new user on my machine.
3. Switch to the new user.
4. Open Safari and enable Bitwarden Extension.
5. Click the Bitwarden icon.
6. Enter the ID and password. Typing is very slow.

### Expected Result

Everything should be instant.

Everything is very slow.

My keyboard is Japanese.
Not only typing, everything is slow in the extension.
The performance on Chrome and Desktop is good.
The performance was good before 2024.12.1.
The CPU load of the extension is 100% when the issue occurs.

Start by reproducing the slowdown in the Bitwarden Safari extension on macOS Sonoma with Safari 18.2 and a Japanese keyboard, using the reported login and typing steps. Compare behavior with Chrome and Desktop and with a version before 2024.12.1; done means typing and other extension interactions are responsive without the reported 100% CPU load.
