Can not enable system authentication(unlock with biometric) on bitwarden extension

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to extension
2. Click on settings then account security
3. Click on unlock with biometric and i get the error below even tho my desktop app is set up.

This only happens with chromium browsers i have tried chrome, thorium and chromium but on firefox it works as expected

Reproduce the failure from the extension's Settings > Account security flow on Linux Mint using a Chromium browser, then compare it with Firefox where biometric unlock works. Trace the error shown in the issue screenshots through the extension and desktop-app interaction; done means Chromium can enable and use unlock with biometric without regressing Firefox.
