Description

### Steps To Reproduce

1. hold down the code you want to edit
2. click edit
3. advanced
4. refresh period

### Expected Result

can we please have a "custom refresh period"

this is because when i edit the "name" or "username" and click save it defaults the refresh period to 30s and this invalidates the code

### Actual Result

defaults to 30s so it invalidates the code

Research direction

Start in the Android app's edit flow by reproducing the path Advanced > Refresh period and searching the UI for that label. Trace what happens when the name or username is saved, then verify that a user-selected custom period is preserved instead of reverting to 30 seconds and invalidating the code.
