Description
### Steps To Reproduce
1. Create a login item with an URI of an IPv6 address
2. Connect to a webpage with that IP address directly (e.g. your router's management page, something like https://[2001:db8::1])
3. Try to use autofill
### Expected Result
Items with the URI as the IPv6 literal show up
### Actual Result
They don't!

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the Android autofill flow with a bracketed IPv6 URL, then trace how the autofill URI is matched against saved login items. Done means a login item whose URI is an IPv6 literal appears when visiting the same address, with a regression check covering the case.
