Description

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Bitwarden Android App
2. Click on Generator
3. Choose to generate username
4. Choose SimpleLogin as Service
5. Email domain field is missing

### Expected Result

Email domain field show be present like in the chrome extension

### Actual Result

Email domain field show be present
