This appears similar to https://github.com/bitwarden/android/issues/6164.

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. Open VicRoads app
2. Attempt to login with a previously created passkey
3. Bitwarden autofill appears
4. Error dialog displays: "An error has occurred - Passkeys not supported for this app"
