[PM-25407] Status & Navigation Bar don't follow Dynamic Color

### Expected Result

To follow the dynamic color as it did in the previous version of the app (2025.8.0)

### Actual Result

The app ignores the dynamic color option and displays white or blue depending on the theme of the device (Dark mode off or on)
